What we collect
- Account info — your email and authentication identifiers.
- Connected platform data — only the OAuth scopes you grant (e.g. profile, posts, follower counts). We pull this so the tools can work.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about which features you use, to improve the product.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Paddle). We never see your full card number.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your connected-platform data with third parties for advertising.
- We do not post anything to your accounts without your explicit action.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with industry-standard protections. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and only used to perform actions you initiate.
Your controls
- Disconnect any platform at any time from the Accounts page.
- Export your data on request.
- Delete your account and all associated data on request.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for sign-in and session management.
Children
ClearSocial is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
