Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. By using ClearSocial, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

ClearSocial (“ClearSocial”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by Global Crossover. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use ClearSocial. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and trial

ClearSocial is offered on a subscription basis at $7.99/month after a 14-day free trial. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok), you authorize ClearSocial to access only the data permitted by that platform's OAuth scopes you grant. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use ClearSocial to access accounts you do not own or control.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
  • Do not violate the terms of any connected platform.

6. Disclaimers

ClearSocial is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service accurate and reliable, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, completeness of data returned by third-party platforms, or specific outcomes from using the tools.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSocial and Global Crossover are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
